Arsenal sporting director Edu Gaspar will depart the membership, a supply has instructed ESPN.
Edu joined Arsenal in July 2019 as technical director and led a tradition shift on the membership that noticed Mikel Arteta employed as supervisor and the aspect battle for the Premier League title. Edu was later promoted to sporting director in November 2022.
It’s unclear when he’ll depart the membership.
The Spaniard’s tenure as director got here after a four-year taking part in profession between 2001 and 2005, throughout which he gained the Premier League title in 2001-02 and 2003-04 underneath Arsene Wenger.
