Cristiano Ronaldo has been hit with an English Soccer Affiliation (FA) cost for an incident after the ultimate whistle following Manchester United‘s 1-0 defeat to Everton in April.
Video footage appeared to point out Ronaldo slapping a cell phone out of a supporter’s hand as he made his approach again to the dressing room.
The 37-year-old was cautioned by police in August and has now been charged with “improper and/or violent conduct” by the FA.
An announcement launched by the FA on Friday learn: “Cristiano Ronaldo has been charged with a breach of FA Rule E33 for an incident that befell after Manchester United FC’s Premier League match in opposition to Everton FC on Saturday 9 April 2022.
“It’s alleged that the ahead’s conduct after the ultimate whistle was improper and/or violent.”

Sources have instructed ESPN that if Ronaldo is discovered at fault by the FA, he might face a warning, high-quality or suspension.
